Our 2nd Gen Raptor Bed Channel Stiffeners provide a solution to a common problem faced by truck owners. The sheet metal bed channels of pickup trucks are prone to cracking and fatigue damage over time, especially when subjected to heavy payloads, fifth-wheel mounts, overland bed racks, camper shells, or extreme off-roading stresses. At the top of each bracket is a slotted hole suitable for mounting accessories like a whip flag or antenna mount.
Our brackets add an extra 3/8-inches of steel, comprising a 3/16-inch stiffener and a 3/16-inch backer plate, delivering exceptional rigidity. These bed stiffeners are purposefully designed to fortify and bolster your truck bed, ensuring unparalleled durability and peace of mind.
